Who (sic) Do You Believe? is incorrect grammar. Please correct it to WHOM Do You Believe? WHOM is the object of the verb "do you believe?" and hence requires the objective case, WHOM. WHO is in the nominative case and is a subject of a verb, not the object.

Remember the Johnny Carson show "Who (sic) Do You Trust?" ? Well, we grammarians all told the producers that it should be "WHOM Do You Trust? They checked with college professors and learned that it should be WHOM but said that the title had been established and thought it was too late to correct the mistake in grammar. When Johnny Carson left the show, the title was corrected to "WHOM Do You Trust?" for the sake of grammatical accuracy.
