This information is collected through our clients’ mobile apps and services that have incorporated our technology (tags and software development kit, known as “SDK”), so that we can provide mobile ad measurement, analytics and other ad services to our customers. these customers use our technology to collect information, including your Personal Information, on their websites and mobile apps and share it with us, so that we can share it with other customers.
In this Notice we refer to “Personal Information” as any information that identifies, could be used to identify or is otherwise linked or reasonably linkable with a particular individual or household, as well as any information defined as “personal data,” “personal information” or equivalent term under applicable privacy laws. This Policy also describes the rights you may have with respect to our processing of your Personal Information. PremiereDate.News cares about your privacy and the information you submit and share on our website is thoroughly protected. We collect information to help improve our services, starting with subscriptions to updates and newsletters to more complex functions. For example, we inform you about all status changes with regards to each individual television series.
We gather information from the following sources:User submitted information. In order to be able to use most of our services, you must register on the website. When you create an account on PremiereDate.News, we ask you to provide us with your name and e-mail address that are both stored in your account. You can delete your account or unsubscribe from any e-mail notifications at any time.
Cookie files and similar technologyTo make sure our subscribers don’t have to login every time they visit the website, we use a variety of technologies, such as utilizing cookie files and similar technology. Information You Provide Directly To Us: We may collect personal information about you (such as your name, address, and contact details) directly from you. Information Collected Automatically: When you download or use any mobile app of one of our customers that is part of the PremiereDate Network, we will automatically collect information, including Personal Information, about your precise location, your usage of the app and your device’s Advertising ID, in order to share it with other customers of ours.
We may collect Personal Information about how you use our websites and related services (e.g. by using cookies and pixel tags), such as your Internet Protocol address, MD5 hashed address if applicable, location information (including with your consent precise geolocation information) , browser type, operating system, advertising ID, device ID, and information regarding what website pages you accessed and when and how, date and time of your visit to our website, and the information for which you searched and which you viewed. We also use cookies and other tracking technologies to make our web services more useful to you and to tailor the experience with us to meet your special interests and needs. We may also use pixels in HTML emails to understand if individuals read the emails, we send to them (“usage data”). We may combine this information with other information that we have collected about you, including, where applicable, your name and other Personal Information.

Information we collect from third parties: In some cases, we may also collect Personal Information about you from third party sources, such as public databases, co-branded services, joint marketing partners, social media platforms or other third-party platforms.
Co-Branded Third-Party Services: You may sometimes see PremiereDate content on third-party sites, included co-branded websites and services. When you browse such third-party sites, you are subject to that company’s respective privacy practice and policy, not this Policy.
Aggregate and de-identified data: We may de-identify and aggregate certain data we collect such that the data no longer identifies or can be linked to a particular customer or an individual data subject, subject to the terms of any applicable agreement with you. We may use this de-identified data to improve our products and services, analyze trends, publish market research, and for other marketing, research or statistical purposes, and may disclose such data to third parties for these specific purposes.
How We Use Information We Collect
The purposes for which we may process Personal Information will vary depending upon the circumstances and your relationship with us. In general, we use Personal Information for the purposes set forth below:

• Analyze site and user behavior and prepare aggregated reports
• Tell you about our services and those of our corporate family products and services on third-party websites, as well as for direct marketing and advertising purposes, including to send you newsletters, alerts and information we think may interest you. We may disclose your Personal information to our affiliated companies whose handling of personal information is subject to this Policy.• Service providers. We may disclose your Personal information to our service providers so they can perform services on our behalf, such as our payment processors, hosting providers, auditors, advisors, consultants, and customer service and support providers.

PremiereDate Network. As part of the PremiereDate Network we provide mobile ad measurement, analytics and other ad services to our customers, and for that purpose we may collect or receive your precise location, information about your usage of the app, and your device’s Advertising ID, all collected through our clients’ mobile apps and services that have incorporated our technology (tags and software development kit, known as “SDK”). This information is used and will be disclosed by us to our customers in order for our customers and other third parties to serve you personalized content and ads, measure ad performance, and conduct related analytics and reporting.
