Mayfair Witches Season 2 Premiere Confirmed for 2024

I felt the same way but I think the show and the acting by the main character got much better as the season progressed. I thought the last two episodes were very good. I suggest you give it another try and try to hang in there a little longer.

I found the characters were lacking in substance, and that the story of the Mayfair witches was lost as you didn't get a real feel for there history.
I have read the books and although it did depict the Rowena part of the first book its main reason for not hitting the mark was that it almost completely cut the history of the family. I was hoping and expecting there to be flashbacks as this was a major part of the first book and is what truly drew you into the story giving it substance, weaving it's web of complexities revolving around the Intrinsic relationships both within the family and there relationship with Lasher.
I was hoping they would give us the actual story of the Mayfair witches. it's especially sad that we didn't meet Julian in this and I feel the story would have been more powerful if we had have been given insight into the generations, so we could have appreciated the true importance of the 13th witch.
