With a remarkable Rotten Tomatoes rating of 100% for both its first and second seasons, this series boasts an impressive cast led by Zahn McClarnon, known for his roles in "The Son," "Westworld," and "Fargo," alongside Kiowa Gordon of "The Red Road" and "Roswell, New Mexico," and Jessica Matten, celebrated for her work in "Tribal" and "Burden of Truth." The show's second season sees Lt. Joe Leaphorn, portrayed by McClarnon, reuniting with his former deputy turned private investigator, Jim Chee, played by Gordon, as their respective cases lead them on a collision course with a common suspect.

Set against the backdrop of the high desert of Navajo Country, they find themselves pursuing a killer who threatens to expose a long-buried secret, challenging Leaphorn's moral and professional principles. With the assistance of Sgt. Manuelito, portrayed by Matten, and Valencia County Sheriff Gordo Sena, Leaphorn and Chee must outmaneuver their would-be assassin and restore equilibrium not just to their own lives, but to the reservation that relies on them.

Season two also welcomes back series regulars Deanna Allison as Emma Leaphorn and Elva Guerra as Sally Growing Thunder. In addition, guest stars include Jeri Ryan as Rosemary Vines, Nicholas Logan as Colton Wolf, A Martinez as Valencia County Sheriff Gordo Sena, and Joseph Runningfox, who takes on the role of Henry Leaphorn, Lt. Joe Leaphorn's father. With its compelling characters and gripping storytelling, the series continues to captivate audiences and maintain its perfect score on Rotten Tomatoes.

‘Dark Winds’ Renewed For Season 2 At AMC & AMC+

AMC and its sister streaming service AMC+ have renewed the drama series, which stars Zahn McClarnon, and it will return for another six-episode run next year.

It comes after the series, which is produced by AMC Studios, draw 2.2M viewers on AMC for its June 12 launch in live+3 ratings, making it the number five cable drama premiere of the current season. The company said it was also the number one new series launch in AMC+ history. The series, which has been drawing rave reviews for its portrayal of Native people on television, is based on the Leaphorn & Chee book series by Tony Hillerman. (source: Deadline. com)

This is broadcast on AMC, which is available for most live streaming services (it is not just on AMC+, the pay service). I DVR it and FF through the ads.

Kiss on!

[angry] I am not paying for another streaming service an I don’t know anyone else who will either.

Paramount is finding this out already. Seal Team was a good show but it isn’t that good. Neither was 1886.

Kiss off.
