AMC’s sci-fi drama Humans is powering down after three seasons, TVLine has confirmed. The series, which was also produced by the UK’s Channel 4, aired its final episode in July 2018. “Sadly, there won’t be a 4th season of Humans,” reads a joint statement from creators Sam Vincent and Jonathan Brackley. It's a pity that this site shows the countdown and notifies for the AMC broadcast times. It's a good job that checked with the official Channel 4 site for this program, for the broadcast times in the UK, as they start 3 weeks earlier!

Humans is a great show and have been looking forward to its return for Season 2. I'm not exactly a hardcore SciFi fan but this show has enough of a combination of several genres to keep it interesting. I had not heard a lot of hype about it but sure glad I checked it out because I really feel it Hope Season 2 continues to prove so for thr viewers and have the feeling it will.

I agree when will we get a firm date as to when season 2 will return in the usa? Humans is interesting, as it's a bit of what the future could hold here on earth.

I'll preface this by saying that I enjoy Humans, so nothing against it. What I DO take issue with is the nonchalant and snarky tone when talking about AMC. This article made the statement that Humans opened to a respectable 1.73 million total viewers, "which for AMC is extremely great as far as ratings are concerned". Really? 1.73 million is supposed to be "extremely great" for crummy little AMC? Let's examine that:

- Walking Dead @ 20 million viewers - Fear the Walking Dead @12 million viewers - Breaking Bad @10 million viewers - Talking Dead @7.5 million viewers - Better Call Saul @4.5 million viewers - Mad Men @4.5 million viewers

I can't fathom why the entertainment industry and critics continue to downplay the meteoric success of AMC. They are absolutely killing the "mainstream" channels. Big Bang Theory is the only series on "mainstream" television that comes close to Walking Dead numbers.
