Love at First Swipe is an American reality TV series hosted by a style expert Clinton Kelly and relationship guru Devyn Simone. The series focuses on online dating profiles of men and women to help them find the love. Season 1 of the series premiered on October 2, 2015 on TLC.
In the modern world social media is everything and online dating profiles have become as common as a personal computer. Many people prefer to find their next date, or even a partner for the rest of their lives using the myriad of dating sites. But such a strong ‘Internet connection’ comes at a price, and our social media and dating profiles have become our personal brands. And for those who may not be branding themselves correctly comes Love at First Swipe!
The series follows Kelly and Simone as they go behind the photos and status updates of those who haven’t been as lucky dating online, and help them transform their online presence into something that draws just the right type of attention. Whether it’s an introvert looking to express himself, or an extrovert wondering why she doesn’t get the right guys – Kelly and Simone will do a complete makeover for a professional photo-shoot and then coach their clients on how to express themselves better through status updates and online chatting.
