I know there is freedom of speech, but a lot of the haters on here need to move on and just stop their degrading comments. There needs to be a line drawn on this comment site about which comments should be shown. If you don't like this show, then don't watch it! Keep your rude comments to yourselves! No one is perfect so there is no need to trash this show. Just move on if that's all you want to do with your time!

Thank you TLC, for bringing Whitney back for a TENTH season! I can't wait to see what she's up to next, & I'm hoping she will get her trainers license this time, and train the larger ladies. I think she will have a lot of clients, because large people, don't like to work out with skinny perfect type bodies, although sometimes I think the female body builders, look hideous if they look like a man when flexing.
I can't believe the narcissistic people on this forum, that have nothing better to do, but go online, click on "Premier" & post such trash about Whitney & the show. Anyone here walk on water? How many have had the medical issues that Whitney has? People that are hating on her, there is this device that's been out for some time now, it allows you to fast forward, or just skip the show altogether. It has all kinds of nice buttons on it, called a REMOTE CONTROL! No reason to come to a forum, & trash someone, let alone one you don't know, it makes you look very childish & mean!

i have watched this now for the second time and it is most interesting, if any body has a weight problem they are put down immediately which is all wrong, we all have vices for something or other and we all have to stop drinking stop smoking etc. life would be pretty boring if we didnt have programmes like this, at least she just does exercise and trys hard, why knock her when she is trying, i know what its like to be thin and to be fat, and i can tell you if you love food like me it is so dam hard. please stop punishing her for being overweight, she hasnt committed a crime.

I think the show is staged. Now she is getting involved with someone from Paris that she meets virtually and struggles to try to meet him. This shows needs to go. It is the same things over and over. She "falls in love" prematurely and then it all goes bad. She is a hot mess. We all have our struggles no one is filming every person in the USA. Cancel this show. Her parents are the most down to earth people and I wish them the best.

I totally agree with you..I think it is joke to make her fans believe that the man s he is talking to on the computer is really french.He does not have a FRENCH ACCENT..it sounds more like an American trying to speak with a "FRENCH ACCENT" and anyone who has ever been to Europe and heard french people speak english, would recognize this..the whole thing is made up, like you say, STAGED, and they should have more of her parents on the episodes, instead of her dopey friends!

Whitney has great brother great parents. Tol is great friend. Heather as well. Buddy knows the depreciation is horrible. And needs to be needed. Chase could not verbalize his feelings. And got a girl pregnant. A booty call. He did not think it out or maybe he was over Whitney. I don't know how long him and the child's mother and him were "dating" the mess is stupid and caused a lot of pain. If Whitney could get a little smaller I don't know about her condition it would be nice but if not hope some knight and shining armor sweeps her off her feet and she has what her parents have. Love

The gal that Chase got pregnant was not a "booty" call. He had an off and on relationship with her for years. Ryan verified that and Whitney somewhat knew Chase had a previous relationship with her. Whitney admitted she and Chase were not in a good place and they were not even speaking when she took off to go to Europe. If she really wanted to save her engagement she should have opened communication and maybe things would have changed for her. I think the show has run its course. No need for another season. The same plot line over and over each season. She meets a guy and it falls through.

I love this show! I was however little suspicious of Chase.Seemed like nice guy. But maybe TOO nice. Wondered from the start if was in it for money. Must have got a bit for being on the show then took it and bought a bar!! She’s better without him. I think she should have the weight loss surgery , not to look better she’s beautiful just as she is. But maybe for health reasons and so she can do things she’d like to do, she likes doing physical activities and always seems like her weight makes hard for her. Sometimes I do wonder if she wouldn’t want lose the weight because her show would be over, fat fab has to be fat...right?

I love watching Whitney. Her friends are fabulous and her family unit is too. The negativity on these posts is very disheartening. I'm a 74 woman. Its hard to try to meet everyone's respect so I just respect myself and value the efforts of others who do the same. Looking forward to the next season.

I was so right about her. I knew the engagement would fall through. Why after getting newly engaged would you go to Europe by yourself and then wonder why Chase ends up hooking up with an old girlfriend he had an extensive past with. He clearly wanted her to move in with him, as she can do her work remotely, and she refused. Then she does admit there were problems in the relationship. Then takes a vacation!! His life has moved on and he has a beautiful baby girl. I think this show has run its course. Plus she loses her engagement ring in the water!! She is a hot mess!! I wish all the best to Chase.

Whitney is one of the most contemptible people on TV. Self centered, obnoxious, rude, deluded and hateful. She thinks people should kiss her plus sized butt and that she is this great beauty. She is neither of those things. She is rude to those around her and she uses people. She thinks she is beautiful and she is not. She thinks she is healthy. She is not. Science dictates she will die an early death due to her size if she does nothing about it. The only episode I would watch past the first one is the one where they are lowering her into the ground in a Piano Crate because they can't fit her fat ass into a normal sized coffin. I may sound like a jerk for saying this, but it makes me mad, not at her selfish actions, but the fact that she has family that loves her and she just does whatever she wants, even at her own peril and puts these nice people through hell. Saying you are beautiful as a morbidly obese means you talked yourself into that because you are too lazy to try to get well

I agree, and I also think this whole show is fake and written ahead of time. I don't care how much she weighs. How does she get all this money for houses and then meets these guys from Charlotte and then goes to Paris to get engaged. I don't know what her fiancé is thinking. Unless he needed some extra cash and hooked up with her. Buddy is more her speed. She is awful to her friends and then expects them to forgive anything she does. Her parents are about the only real thing on the show. If she gets married I will have to see it to believe it.

I totally agree. One thing she does that isn't mentioned is that she doesn't take "No" for an answer. I've seen different men numerous times tell her 'no' when she asks them for a hug, or a cuddle. If a woman said "no" and a man continued to harass her, or hug her, he would be cancelled, right away. She should be dealt with the same way.

She then goes on to badger them by making them feel guilty, by using her weight as an excuse for them not hugging her.

Also, quite often she's rubbing her father's legs or kissing him on the mouth.

Another thing that annoys me, is her constant need to have Buddy or her parents to live with her. She treats people like hired staff.

I do like this show, but I must admit, I agree with many of these comments. Plots are getting stale to the point where scripts are needed. And just what is so fabulous about Whitney's life? She is not that good of a dancer and the show seems to want viewers to 'pretend' she is good enough to teach dance, hmm. I enjoy the cast of supporting realty actors and wish the show would delve more into their personal lives. If anything, it would breath some new life into a show that desperately needs a new direction. If TLC isn't going to marry Whitney off, I think its time to pull the plug on this dead end show.

I just watched “Fat hating is real” and I am mortified and heartbroken! I can’t believe that any intelligent person with a heart and a conscience would inflict all of this cruelty on another person who has the right to be loved and treated with respect. Some people were definitely not brought up correctly, and certainly do not have the love of God in their hearts. Why would you want to deliberately try to destroy anyone else’s self esteem, especially when they are warm, friendly, trying to help others, and do good??

Whitney is anything but lazy! Her show is always showing her busting her butt running, riding her bike, teaching dance, working out at the gym, hiking and more! She is a good and loyal friend who is always there for everyone else, and earns her own living! We learn as children that bullying is wrong! Encourage each other! ❤️?

Show would be dead without Babs... Babs should have the reality show! That exercise guru used the she to promote himself...The Marshall or whatever he’s called. She only went fearing there would be no season 5... Funny how fast she returned. Her mother did not need her help. She has a husband, son, etc. Whale needs Bab’s help. Watch her declare bankruptcy, then SSDI after show is cancelled. Her airing of her BF’s, Buddy’s, laundry is disgusting. She must have told him “I own this house” 100 times.

Hope to see the show come back on. I can relate to being over weight I used to weigh 300 pounds. I joined weight watchers and started walking everyday. I lost 180 pounds. I tried contacting Whitney by letters and instragram but she didn't want to hear of it. I wanted to help her loose weight for health purposes. She's young pretty and funny her family would stand by her they are a loving family. She has to want it ya can't tell her to do it if she don't want to . My offer still stands at o help her . No money involved don't want it. Just like helping people.GOD BLESS suzie

I like the show. I too was 300 pounds. I lost 180 pounds on weight watchers and by walking a lot. My mom not concern with Whitney is her health. All the exercise she does is great but she has to eat right. She's young it's a big strain on her heart being so heavy. She's pretty funny and has a great family that would stand by her. I tried to get in contact with her to help and encourage her to loose weight but I guess she didn't want help. You have to want it for yourself not what other people say. I weighed over 300 lbs I lost 110 pounds I love watching the show it didn’t matter that she is big that is her choice it don’t matter if anyone is big skinny or ugly it is what’s inside that counts you need to know the person before you can judge them because they are fat I was fat are you going to judge me she is a human being she has feelings like everybody else one day you might be fat or someone you know might be fat will you love them any less

Whitney I think your awesome and have great friends. IF i just met you I'd love to have you as a friend. You are supportive of people and extremely positive. When I'm feeling down about my weight or looks I think about how you deal with nastiness but you don't give up. Haters are obnoxious people with nothing better to say that's why the world is the way it is because to many people waste their energy being negative and hateful instead of positive and kind, I am actually surprised TLC POSTS THESE COMMENTS THAT TELL YOU TOO KILL YOURSELF. I have watched this show and I can't understand why this woman doesn't have a normal job in Walmart or Macy's or any other store where you clock in. Heck, Macy's in South Florida hired a trans guy why won't they hire obese. She uses her fatness for sympathy but when you get in to her fatness, she acts like, how dare you. I agree that she's lazy. She would not have a show if she wasn't fat. Yet we shouldn't discriminate!
I had a friend who has the same physical hormonal issues. The woman has been on Weight Watchers for decades. She is no longer obese and has controlled diet. She has all of these excuses. Again, she would not have this show if she was not obese. Let's all encourage her to stay fat! When is the premiere!!??

I watch this show and it is uncomfortable sometimes to watch because I am right there in that 300-400 weight category... I can't imagine not being tall and at this weight.. I'm 5'11 and was 442 and I'm now 350. I wish I could get her DVD of dance, it's made me want to dance to get exercise. It's hard to move around from chemo damage to my joints, but the dance is something I think I could do with little to no pain.. She's really been an inspiration to me to get off my butt and get moving. Weight is something that comes and goes, but getting strong is what I want to do.. Not all strong people are healthy looking. It's like obesity is the last accepted form of discrimination and bullying. If you wouldn't say it to your mother or sister... don't say to us!
