"Zatima" Season 3 confirmed for Premiere in First Half of 2024
Created by Tyler Perry, “Zatima” will be returning in the first half of 2024. Created as a spin-off of the sister show, ‘Sistas,” Zatima focuses on the duo pairing of Devale Ellis, playing Zac Taylor, and Crystal Renee Hayslett, playing Fatima Wilson. Other supporting cast members include Remington Hoffman as Bryce, Nzinga Imani as Angela, and Cmaeron Fuller as Nathan. Within the show, Zac and Fatima begin their relationship but have it tested through betrayals, secrets, cheating and more. The show is a play on the portmanteau of “Zac” and “Fatima.”
Originally airing on September 22, 2022, the show is exclusive to BET+ but does occasionally air in syndication on BET. Season 1 consisted of 10 episodes, while Season 2 was split into two parts consisting of 30 total episodes (20 in part 1, 10 in part 2).
How to Watch “Zatima” Season 3
While a time and date aren’t confirmed yet, expect “Zatima” Season 3 to premiere between April and June. The show airs on BET+ and premieres on regular cable-access BET about 6-8 months later (for example, Season 1 episodes premiered on BET+ in September of 2022 and aired on ‘regular’ BET’ in May of 2023.

For cable packages and internet providers, check to see if “Zatima” is available on-demand. Syndicated shows will frequently be offered for on-demand viewing, although seasons and episodes can rotate in and out for availability.
Updates on the Cast and What to Expect from “Zatima” Season 3
The two main cast members and titular portmanteau are played by Devale Ellis and Cystal Renee Hayslett. Ellis has an active Instagram where he frequently posts updates. According to his IMDB, he will appear as Teddy in the movie “Meet Me Next Christmas.” He has also appeared in “Sistas,” the show that “Zatima” was spun off of, and has appeared in a wide variety of movies and television shows including “The Equalizer”, “The Perfect Find”, “Single Black Female”, and “It’s Bruno!” Devale Ellis previously played as a wide receiver for the Detroit Lions and Cleveland Browns.
Opposite of Devale Ellis is Crystal Renee Hayslett, who plays Fatima. Hayslett does not have many screen credits herself, although she does come from the production side of things. She has experience as a costume designer and singer-songwriter, and can be credited for working as a costume designer on multiple previous Tyler Perry productions. Hayslett has an active Instagram, and as of this writing is not slated to appear in any upcoming media other than “Sistas” and “Zatima” Season 3.
