The guy in the Cafe has to be Dallas..he bought the favorite painting, he called Deondra devine..when he was going for surgery they stated about the bullet messing up his throat. He stated in Cafe he dranked a drink cause he had throat issues. Then the cops disappeared and did not question them anymore. He is definitely Dallas

Plot twist, What if the guy in the cafe really is Dallas BUT . . . What if Dallas is the one behind the experiment. Think about it, He was/is a cop. He’s tied to most of the characters. The ones that we don’t know YET that he’s tied to have hella illegal secrets/activities that they’re involved in. Deondra is Harvey’s niece and her husband was working with his scumbag self. Maggie seemingly killed her baby but until now, there was no proof. I’m just saying. It could be.

I believe either the man in the cafe is either Dallas, or he has something to do with it, but either way they need all 8 ppl. Man I don’t want to wait a whole year again for the next season. This show is way too good. It’s got me on the edge.
