In the spirit of everything Halloween, the American Travel Channel jumped right on board with its Scarecation-Week, during which the latest reality documentary series Xtreme Screams was launched on October 8, 2017 with brand new eight half-hour episodes for the first season. Obviously and foremost the number one channel for exciting travel destinations all over the world and with the latest form of tourism – extreme tourism – this latest show depicts the most exciting and exhilarating places on earth particularly aimed at those seeking extreme thrills.
Social media is full of videos by thrill-seeking screamers and those videos taken on amusement park rides – whether went well or not. Xtreme Screams follows this phenomenon and takes the viewers to the terrifying Terror-dactyl in Colorado, which launches riders at 100 m.p.h. over Manitu Springs and the Verzasca Dam in Switzerland that is 721 feet high. The show will find the wildest rollercoaster rides or platforms these thrill seekers just love to jump off from like bridges, buildings and rock formations.
