General information and cast
Lifetime’s brand new reality TV series So Sharp premiered on July 26th, 2017 with six episodes for its very first season. The show hails from the production company Collins Avenue Entertainment and is executive produced by Michael Hammond, Jeff Collins, Sandi Johnson and Bryan Stinson. The coaches are Todd Sharp and Sheryl Knight.
The Ladybirds is a dance group at the University of Louisville – THE dance team of the United States, as they have won a dozen national championships over the past years. This is not surprising, because their teacher is the very tough, but sweet dance guru Todd Sharp, a coach with more wins under his belt than any other coach on this planet. What makes him so special is the fact that Sharp is not only a coach to over 20 young ladies, but he also acts as their counselor and sometimes even surrogate father. The series follows the young ladies as they fight for their right to be in Todd’s dance team and as they prepare for the various different competitions they will compete in.
