General information and cast
The first season of the reality makeover show Vintage Flip premiered on the Network HGTV with eight episodes on June 2nd, 2016 and the second season followed on May 25th, 2017 with another set of eight brand new episodes. The series is produced by Pie Town Productions and produced by Sean P. Hale and Marianne Wiedeman. Vintage Flip is considered a spinoff series of the hugely popular Flip or Flop on the same network.
Jessie Rodriguez and his wife Tina both take their passion for vintage homes to a new level. Set in Southern California turned their love for remodeling into a thriving business, which focusses mainly on the revival of old, dilapidated houses nobody else wants to buy and remodel. What makes this series a little more special is the significant difference between the Rodriguez’s passion for the old and reusing old material and vintage finds, compared to the Flip and Flop premise of modernizing everything. Their love for detail oozes out of every nook and cranny and it is very refreshing to see how they value the old and forgotten things and bring them back to life. Jessie and Tina are absolute specialists in rehabilitating classic American homes.
