What happened to the HGTV network?! Save 2 or 3 series, the whole of the network has become a disaster of absurd, connived, no-talent, trainwreck TV shows. Did the Magnolia network takeover cause the demise of HGTV? Maybe it was Chip and Jojo who singlehandedly destroyed HGTV and conned a nation of viewers to pay their way to eternal wealth. Any other ideas?
We enjoy Home Town and are looking forward to Season 8. Erin and Ben are special ambassadors of Laurel, bringing a true sense of community and ownership to each episode. As we watch so little on commercial tv, HT has become our Monday night preference.
I love this show and appreciated having some of my favorite episodes redone with additional footage during the COVID-19 hiatus. Tonight's "Memory Lane: Restoring a Craftsman" was a case in point but I'd love to have seen more footage of Ben and Randy creating the kitchen nook table/desk. Any chance I can find it on your website?
My husband and l really like Home Towm. They are REAL. To paraphrase. They like to keep some of the imperfections. Love that they repurpose, make things, not all store bought. Please Please Please ! Bring it back M.G.G.
I really enjoy the show and learn a lot of design ideas. One thing puzzles me, why are all the books placed on the bookshelves back to front? No book lover would place books in such a way that the titles can't be read.
Home Town is AWSOME , my favorite show on HGTV . I look forward to Mondays with Ben snd Erin , to see their love for Laurel and each other , and use s middle class point of view . Can't wait for season 4
My new favorite show since Fixer Upper left. I look forward to every Monday evening and have my DVR set to record. Hope they will be back with more episodes than 10 in 2020!
One of my favorite shows. Love the small town life and beautiful old homes made new again. Ben and Erin feel free to show their love is wonderful. Good American values that we need more of!
I love this show, the love Ben and Erin shows is so awesome. It's one of my favorite show on HGTV. There love for their home town is also great. Can't wait for season 3.
I am so impressed with how evident it is, the love and respect Ben and Erin have for one another. They love their small Mississippi town, as well. I can just imagine the talent that baby Helen has inherited, and perhaps, has already begun to exhibit. Good people, Good Show!!
Absolutely love this show, and the fact that this is perhaps one of the first shows of its kind, that shows the extra details of what goes into restoring a home !!!! Bens love of woodworking is evident in each episode, and Erins artistic touches make this a winner, for sure !!!!!
Refreshingly fulfilling the public’s thirst for house remodeling. Practical solutions for practical budgets! A hardworking duo who actually appear to love each other and what they are doing for a living. Let’s hope for their continued success! I can’t wait to see what they do this season!
This is my favorite show on HGTV. They are adorable and I love their passion for their town. Good people. Blessings on season 3. Blessings on you 3. Teresa
I love this show !!!! They are a breath of fresh air after all the boring repeats and over exposure of Fixer Upper, Love It or List It, Property Brothers and Flip and Flop. I am so tired of those shows. I wish HGTV would bring more fresh programming like Home Town, Boise Boys anId I miss Kitchen Cousins. The Flip or Flop Vegas, Atlanta and Nashville are also enjoyable. It is just the one with Tarek and Christina El Moussa that is so boring. Everything they do looks the same. Please freshen up !!!!!
Exactly I feel the same . Love this show Hometown it's really the only tv program that at this time I enjoy and look forward to watching them again.Fixer ups seem so many reruns that I just don't watch it anymore.Hope that Hgtv can come up with new show like when they first came on the air
Love this show. Why are we not seeing it on the air? Has it been canceled. I saw where there to be 22 episodes for 2018 and so far we have seen 2 of those. I hope they don't cancel show, it is one of the few I still watch on HGTV.
