The first season of the documentary series Keeping Canada Safe premiered on the Canadian CBC Network on March 16th, 2017 with four parts divided into eight episodes. The show is produced by Force Four Entertainment and produced by Diana Bodnar, Dana Johl and Deborah Wainwright amongst others.
The documentary Keeping Canada Safe goes behind the scenes and showcases all those people, who are involved with exactly that – keeping the residents of Canada safe. This involves extremely remote locations being submitted to harsh weather conditions or urban communities under criminal threats, there is no limit to what the actual safety of the country actually involves. For this series alone, 60 camera crews were dispatched all over the country for 48 hours to capture the most dramatic and intimate situations behind the scenes featuring high profile emergency personnel as well as ordinary people doing what they must to aid someone in need.
