About the series
Clash of the Corps is a new television reality show launched on Fuse on October 5, 2016 with a double-sized premiere. The show's freshman season contains eight half-hour episodes and is executive produced by Dwayne Johnson, who also acts as the presenter, along with Dany Garcia, Hiram Garcia, Rasha Drachkovitch and Brian Gewirtz. The show hails from Seven Bucks Productions and 44 Blue Productions.
At the center of the narrative are two marching bands contending for the World Championship title – Pennsylvania's Cadets and Northern Californian Blue Devils, top-notch competitors in Drums Corps International, whose long-term rivalry has spanned twenty years. The highly competitive world of marching bands and the talented individuals involved is not too familiar to the television audience, and the creators and producers are very happy to introduce the viewers to the extensive training, insanely competitive spirit and incredible efforts that are required to stay on top of the game.
