From the first episode to the last, the BritBox show, Mum, touched me on many levels. It made me laugh, cry, ponder, and sigh. What insightful and skillful writing and what amazing and incredible acting; The writers, producers, cast, and crew of this delightful show are to be commended for their energy, sincerity, excellent execution of skill, and commitment to their craft. I am so disappointed to hear this quality series is being cancelled. I absolutely love it. It is so funny and it is addictive. You finally find a good show to help you get through Covid and it disappears. The writing is just the best. Bah humbug.

Mum is a must see comedy/drama. The writing is so well done/the characters believable. I hope they renew series four there is so much more material here. Plz bring back MUM ONE OF THE BEST SHOWS EVER ON BRITBOX!

Heartbroken to hear this was cancelled...a true diamond...the exceptional writing, the characters and the actors that fused all of that heart and soul into this beautiful generational family story...we need more of this quality and heart, not less...thumbs down to the “suits” that didn’t “get it”...for the rest of us, we wanted it to go on forever!

I watched all 3 seasons absolutely loved them all and yes I was hooked on them there has to be a season 4 got to keep it going while the ratings are so good I need to know what happens to Cathy and Michael now they are finally together finished on a bit of a cliffhanger I think

I tried one episode on BritBox and was hooked immediately! I am at Michael and Cathy's age and love the relationship they have. Finding love again at their age gives us all hope. I absolutely adore Michael and would love to find a man like him. He's so caring and helpful to Cathy. I hear this third season is the final one. I'm so sad! I adore this show and like another viewer said have watched the first two seasons at least ten times already. I can't wait for the third season to air. I'm dying to see what happens between Michael and Cathy. The end of the second season made me cry to think that at last they've found each other and Cathy finally let Michael know that she feels the same about him. I wish there was some way to let the producers know that they need a forth season.

I gave the first 2 series a watch, for me very unfunny and irritating, nothing ever seemed to happen. Series 3 has to be better i thought, wrong. It is a comedy i think, but laughs are .......... The guy who plays Mike is nice enough and he said in an interview he was annoyed because he never had any funny lines to say, well, join the rest of the cast. Not surprised it failed a 4th series. Not for me.

I agree wholeheartedly! I watched a few episodes then stopped. Tried again. To have so many annoying, disagreeable characters in one familial unit was infuriating. From the immature, selfish boy child son and the dolt of a girlfriend, the unfunny Hyacinth and the twit brother. Cathy as a door mat for all of them.

Only interesting storyline is Cathy and Michael.

We love Mum so much and make it our job to convert everyone we love to the wonders of this beautiful show! We get it onlybthrough Britbox, and even if it was the only British show we watched, it would be well worth the 7.99/mo it costs us. I am not exaggerating to say we have watched every episode at least 10 times. God bless CB Blackwell above-- she missed a great one! That season two ending episode is absolute gold. Subscribe to Britbox! Can't wait for the next season. Would love to know airdate for US, because I seem to remember there is a couple months' lag time...? Please advise! Stefan Golaszewski is a genius.

After one viewing of the show, I was hooked~ Spending so much time on hunting for the next viewing among the Southern California channels is an exercise in frustration. It bounces from channel to channel at different time and late night. Avid fan. The final show of season two was never shown, Please tell me what to expect. It is so much fun watching the crazy cast of characters that comprise family and friends. PLEASE don't quit on Los Angeles, WE LOVE MUM
