I really wanted to know how someone can get on this show? I love this idea! My Granddaughter had her hip disconnect suddenly and had emergency surgery. They discovered she had scoliosis and had to wear a huge cast in middle school and high school. Her weight holds her back and she told me feels robbed in life. Last year her dad was murdered. She is so beautiful and too young to not get the help she needs. She lives Lincoln Nebraska. Is there a personal trainer there willing to help her? She is 18 and She is beautiful And sweet. Please help her someone. I think JJ could help her.

I was in the army at 6'3 and 206 when I got out. I got upto 6'4 and 220.... then I had health issues which resulted in back surgery. I have since gained significant weight and hair loss. I need help to get in shape and lose what I have.

Bring it back with a 2nd season!!! Loved this show! Very motivating and eye opening to the extremes of different lifestyles. Coincidentally I began extreme dieting and exercising right around the time I discovered the first episode with JJ and Ray. I was instantly hooked and I am not the type to regularly watch TV shows. 2 months later I reached my goal losing 32 lbs while still building muscle. I have since taken on a new perspective on eating healthy and completely changed my lifestyle. This show really helped to keep me motivated week over week as I went through my journey and transformation.

I must say, the show is unorthodox. With that said, most of the clients showed a greater appreciation for the trainers. The fact that they took extreme measures to understand and help their clients shows just how dedicated and passionate they are about getting their clients into shape. #Season 2 please!!!
