Teaser Trailer Season 16
It has been announced that the 16th season of It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia, the longest-running live-action comedy series in television history, will be airing on June 7th on FXX and streaming on Hulu the following day. This season, the show's main characters, Ronald "Mac" MacDonald, Charlie Kelly, Dennis Reynolds, Dee Reynolds, and Frank Reynolds, find it challenging to survive in 2023 while yearning for the past. Mac battles allergies and long-distance dating, Charlie confronts his forgotten sisters, Dee advocates for rent control and women's athletics, Frank struggles to keep his gun, and Dennis strives to improve his mental health. Despite their 16 years of baggage, they navigate the current year, encountering figures from their past along the way.
Season 11 was clearly the most disappointing of all. I absolutely love this show and hope that season 12 will be released with a new sense of vigor and originality. Season 11 was not a simple case of running out of ideas but more a complete lack of enthusiasm by cast and crew. If the desire is gone, then please leave it be and let the show remain in our memories as one of the best shows ever written. If this is truly not the case, then I anxiously await the new season with hope that it will measure up to its past excellence, much like Frank's Pretty Woman which I consider to be the among the best of any show ever written. Love all of you guys!
Really? I liked some of the episodes this season. Being Frank was original and hilarious. They really went a good direction with that one. Also I really loved Mac and Dennis Move to the Suburbs. I laughed hysterically during that whole episode. Those two episodes are easily in the top 10 for me. I think the two-part finale was my least favorite but at least they stayed true to the characters. In fact, I think some of the finales are the most disappointing.
Season 11 was hilarious, the only people that didnt like it are the ones that don't get it. Ongoing jokes have always been a part of the show, and don't be surprised if your favorite episode star shows up alive this season either.
