Sex Sent Me to the ER is a US reality television series broadcast on TLC since December 28, 2013. The second season aired on December 26, 2015. It is produced by GRB Entertainment and executive produced by Mark Marinaccio, Michael Branton and Philip Day.
The series consists of reenactments of scenes of sexual nature that have originally led their participants to the hospital for treatment. The stories are reenacted by actors, but there are interviews with doctors and couples concerning the actual events. Some of the accidents were a direct result of reckless behavior, some were impossible to foresee, some just occurred because of clumsiness, some were just plain stupid. There's a case of a stroke happening during sex, which can only be a cause for sympathy, but also some ridiculous escapades gone awry.
