I’ll Have What Phil’s Having is a new American six-part TV series that explores delicacies from around the world. The show is the brainchild of Phil Rosenthal (Everybody Loves Raymond) who is making his return to TV for the first time in years. Season 1 of the show premiered on PBS September 28, 2015.

Each one hour episode of I’ll Have What Phil’s Having sends viewers on gastronomic adventures with Rosenthal himself exploring the best dishes in Hong Kong, Barcelona, Paris, Tokyo and Los Angeles. Along with celebrity guest stars, including Allison Janney, Ray Romano, Martin Short and Larry Wilmore, Rosenthal’s quirky and adventurous spirit seeks to inspire audiences to venture out on their own culinary discoveries.

This is by far one of the greatest shows PBS ever aired. Everything about the series works! His personality and his naivety towards the culture and cuisine and the people. It's so heartwarming to watch.

Hi everyone! My husband and I enjoyed season 1 and Phil so very much but just in case you didn't read the entire article, you will need to subscribe to Netflix for the upcoming season. It won't be on PBS.

My stomach has been growling for season 2 for too long.
When I first saw that Phil has grown a nerve from his taste buds to his tear ducts, I was hooked.
New viewers, you will be quite smitten savoring his search for the best a city has to serve up. And for us loyal Phil veterans, the fast is over, let the travel feast of vicarious verklemptness begin.

This is why we support PBS. To bring us incredible content which is entertaining, educational, lovable and funny. It takes us out of our usually compact lives and expands our horizons. In my opinion, it's among the best travel food related shows because it's not just about the food. And it's not just about the travel. It is far more personal and he is a great personality.

When a show is this entertaining, informative...and funny to boot, WHAT'S there to think about? Don't over think it, air it. NEXT year?!? THIS year, please...asap. WE...MISS...PHIL!!! Highly doubt there's a financial risk here. Like one viewer stated, "it's a no-brainer"!....PHIL...this year ....PLEASE!?! So few view-worthy programs now-a-days.

What's to decide?? This seems like a no-brainer to me. Phil is delightful and his show is, too. My husband and I smile and laugh and wonder all the way thru every episode, and it makes us want to see amazing places and eat amazing things! Renew! Renew!

I need new episodes! I have watched these six so many times that my family is exasperated. I love this show more than I can put into words. Phil is fantastic, and it is great to see someone with a love for food like mine, going to places I wish I could go. It is vicarious food travel! Bring back phil!

I love this show and would love to see season 2 come out soon. Phil is great on this show and I like his humor. I will never get to many of these places and seeing a show with these locations with his comments on the local food are engaging. Please bring it back!!!

Love the show and being able to visually visit so many places I will never be able to afford to see in person. The food is almost secondary. The interactions Phil has with all of the people he meets along his journey is priceless. He would be a fun dining/traveling companion. Phil is so down to earth with not a bit of arrogance. Please renew I'll have what Phil's having for season 2 and also extend the number of episodes. I enjoy the British TV reruns but let's include Phil which is different from other programming, refreshing and fun. Thank you

I love this show. It is so funny, intresting I am addicted to it. I watch it when it was on 44-1 then when it comes on 44-2 then again on 44-1 again. I always watch it 3 times a night. It would be a shame to take it off the air. Please renew it. I am begging. There is way to many shows on pbs that it's the final season. I love pbs. Thank you very much. Please keep it on.

Please renew it. It has an interesting twist to it that is not like any other cooking/travel show. Really engages the viewer.
