Summary and storyline
Kevin From Work is an American television series that follows the life of a guy who is hopelessly in love with his co-worker. The series is produced by Barbara Adler for ABC Family and premiered on August 12, 2015.
Kevin Reid (Noah Reid) thought that he was being sent overseas for work and decided to leave a letter declaring his love for Audrey (Paige Spara) – a co-worker he’s been in love with for some time. The decision was made after getting drunk at a farewell party. But who cares if you will never see the object of your affection again, right? Well, unexpected circumstances force Kevin to return to his place of work in the US, where he has to deal with the circumstances of his actions. Kevin goes far and wide to avoid her at work, but eventually they join forces to stop the love-letter from being published in their company’s newsletter.
In episode 10 of the series, Audrey suddenly breaks up with her boyfriend Brock and Kevin and his friends are on a mission to find out whether the breakup is final. Meanwhile, Kevin is offered the same job overseas again, but this time he is reluctant to leave, due to the fact that he might have a chance with the love of his life.
The series has had quite impressive ratings so far, averaging 0.45 million viewers. Though ABC has not yet announced its plans for the show, if the ratings continue to hold steady and there is enough storyline to continue, viewers might very well see Kevin From Work return for season 2.

Updated March 5, 2016: The workplace comedy Kevin from Work has been canceled after just one season at Freeform due to low ratings issues. The series' freshman run premiered to 580,000 viewers, and bowed out to a season low of a mere 120,000 viewers. The comedy was well-reviewed, but apparently lacked some important component in order to be successful in the viewership department. The freshman season finished its broadcast on October 7, 2015.
