CBS, following the success of reviving CSI: Crime Scene Investigation as CSI: Vegas, is now in talks to bring back another Jerry Bruckheimer Television-produced crime procedural from the 2000s. The network is negotiating with Warner Bros. TV for a reboot of Cold Case, which originally aired on CBS for seven seasons from 2003 to 2010. This reboot is being spearheaded by the show's creator and executive producer, Meredith Stiehm.
