June Diane Raphael and Paul Scheer are set to star in an improvisational-style multi-camera comedy for the network about "about a couple in their late 30s who pour their life savings into their biggest business endeavor yet: building a housing development on a defunct studio lot. But these house flippers get more than they bargained for when their new project becomes a nightmare." A proof of concept has already been shot for the project, with Alex Fernie directing. Marta Kauffman and Hannah Canter penned the script and will executive produce alongside Raphael, Scheer and Robbie Tollin for Okay Goodnight and Lionsgate Television. (Source: deadline.com)
