Amazon Prime Video has canceled The Crown producer Left Bank’s Three Pines after just one season.

Shame shame shame on you people in charge. You don't want the history to come to light? Grow up, it already has and this is a really great and well-acted program. It has heart, and compassion, and great actors. I'm with jebksb1977: "seems to be a pattern, cancel the great ones, keep the awful ones." When will the people in charge learn to listen to the consumer? I am greatly disappointed. I have been waiting and waiting for the second season on a really great show. VERY DISAPPOINTED YOU "I WON'T CALL YOU WHAT YOU DESERVE". [confused]

Really? Three Pines cancelled!? Why cannot they keep good stories and series on the air. They cancel almost everything with substance and keep the ridiculous and prurient on the air. Get a clue Prime!

This was a really good show. Alfred Molina was amazing as Gamache. I have no idea what the people at Amazon Prime consider to be renewable. This was a terrible decision. I hope the producers of Three Pines can find a different network, because this series is definitely one that needs to be continued.

I am a Louise Penny fan. Although the casting surprised me - I thought they did a great job of it. The show takes more of a focus on the crime solving than character development than did the books, but even in that , they did a great job. I sure hope we get more!
