I watch a lot of renovation shows. So many are more about the “cute” (NOT!) banter and antics of the hosts; very little about design and problem solving. This show is exactly the right combination, with the emphasis on the reasons I watch these shows. I love Mandy! She’s fantastic. And her team is great. Please keep this show going. Give it more seasons, please.

I think you should bring Mandy Rennehan back for a second season it warm and it touches with the audience in a million different ways she shows you compassion and not to sweat the things that will go wrong in doing renovation in older home's and she is a joy to watch and if I was younger I would love to be an apprentice on her show
If you don't bring it back for the next second and third and fourth season you people are dummies

Loved how it challenged the apprentice's against themselves rather than each other.
And watching them grow in confidence through experience applies to everyone.
I wish more shows demonstrated the core values of cooperation, partnership and mentoring that this one did.
Again I would love to see more!

I enjoyed this show so much. I am ordering Maggy’s book. I was always told by my son’s teachers that he was smart, but didn’t apply himself. He always had to have tutors and daily nudging to get his work done. When he graduated from high school, he was urged to go to college. Not only by his friends, but by us, his parents. Three years of college with more tutors, cost us a lot of money. After his third year he quit and went to work for an escavating company. He was quickly promoted to run his own crew and besides sports, it was the first time he felt he excelled at anything. If I could turn back the clock, I would explore education in the trades for him. I feel he is vulnerable out in the world w/o a degree or higher education in his field, but he’s happy and loves what he does. I wish I would have seen this show or known of Maggy Renehan’s quest to look at the trades as a viable future for our kids. It would have saved us $ and lots of sleepless nights.

This was absolutely THE BEST renovation show I've ever watched. That's saying something because I watch them all. It taught me skills and made me appreciate the trades even more. The key to this show was the heart and the appreciation of human beings for each other enhanced by the desire to bring beauty and quality to each task. Watching these young people grow as tradesmen and people was a special experience. First time I've ever needed a box of Kleenex to watch HGTV - and it was exhilarating, pleasant and heartwarming to watch. Can't wait for season two. Hope upcoming seasons will also include updates on the folks in season one. A big WINNER ! Don't miss it.

Really enjoyed this show. Even my husband who’s father was a contractor enjoyed it. Hope there is a second season. Her positive attitude was a joy to watch.
