Netflix Channel Nixes Season 2 of Man Vs Bee

Man vs Bee, the Rowan Atkinson comedy series, has been added to the list of canceled shows for 2023 and will not be returning for a second season on Netflix. The show premiered in June 2022, featuring Atkinson as a housesitter tasked with hunting down a rogue bee at a luxurious mansion. Co-starring Claudie Blakley, Jing Lusi, and Julian Rhint-Tutt, the series received generally positive reviews from viewers, but its cancellation is not surprising given Netflix's recent trend of canceling comedy shows.

While the show was never labeled as a limited or mini-series, it only spent two weeks in the global top 10s and accumulated 43.61 million hours in total.

This was a massive letdown for me, I was hoping for so much more and got less! The show was obvious/predictable in every way right from the start.
