The Rising, which told the story of Neve Kelly (Rugaard), who discovers that she is dead. She's scared and confused by this new existence, has been axed by Sky after one series.
The series had reportedly secured a second series, however it's now been revealed Sky have pulled the plug after one series. A source told Variety: "It was cancelled before they were due to start filming. All the cast and everything [was ready to go] and they just pulled the plug." (Source: tvzoneuk.com)
