I became a Sarah Lancashire fan after watching Last Tango in Halifax and Happy Valley. She was such a talented versatile actress, and was not disappointed in Julia season 1. In fact I noticed her snarky ness in some scenes. Looking forward to Julia season 2.

Wow sarah Lancashire IS Julia child. Her voice. Her mannerisms. She has NAILED it. I’m in awe of her performance. Such a difficult task to portray such an iconic figure. And she completely succeeded. Amazing.

Sarah Lancashire is a tour-de-force in this series about the legendary, wonderful Julia Child. Absolutely fantastic. So charming and utterly delightful. The whole cast are superb. I am so pleased there is another series to look forward to.!

My incredible 95.5-year-old mom, who's been a fan of Julia's forever and ever, and I have loved watching this together. Just like back in the day when she'd turn the black and white tv on in our kitchen, watch and cook along with Julia while I sat on the kitchen floor with my kid-sized set of pots, pans and utensils making my own version of beef bobobo. I love, love, love the cast, the production and OH.EM.GEE., the wide-eyed baby who made a couple of appearances in the first two episodes [love]. Thrilled to hear you're coming back with a second season. YAY!

I’m really enjoying Julia ! It reminds me of my childhood as I used to watch the original “The French Chef” on Boston’s PBS Channel 2 in Boston . A time when tv only had channels 2 to 13 on VHF only !!!! No cable channels, no UHF channels!!!
The series is very enjoyable!!!!! I hope there will be a season 2!!!
