Kung Fu Cancelled — The CW Series Not Returning for Season 4

After three seasons, The CW has decided to cancel its reboot of the classic series, Kung Fu. This is the latest cancellation of an existing scripted series on the network, which is shifting its business model under new ownership to prioritize lower-cost scripted originals from Canada and the UK. Currently, only the strongest existing scripted series on The CW, All American and Walker, have been renewed for the upcoming season. The three least likely shows, including The Winchesters, Kung Fu, and Walker Independence, have been cancelled.

Superman & Lois and All American: Homecoming are still awaiting renewal, with a slight chance of being picked up, followed by Gotham Knights. Despite efforts by Kung Fu's production company, Warner Bros. Television, to find a new home for the series, the show will not continue elsewhere.
