Total Control is back for series 3 on ABC
The third and final installment of the political drama Total Control is currently in production in New South Wales (NSW) and the Australian Capital Territory (ACT) for ABC. Deborah Mailman and Rachel Griffiths will reprise their respective roles as Alex Irving and Rachel Anderson.
Produced by Blackfella Films, this six-part series takes place nearly two years after the dramatic events of the second season. Many familiar faces from the previous seasons will be returning, including Rob Collins, Wayne Blair, Anthony Hayes, Wesley Patten, Steph Tisdell, Daniela Farinacci, Lisa Flanagan, Benedict Hardie, Anita Hegh, Huw Higginson, and Trisha Morton-Thomas.
Additionally, the cast will be joined by Catherine McClements, Fayssal Bazzi, Josef Ber, Lisa Hensley, Rosie Lourde, Maya Stange, and Ursula Yovich.

A disappointing deception
So having said that, some of us kinda were also hoping Aaron Pedersen would reappear....just sayin'.
So glad to have stumbled onto Aussie shows, especially these ones driven by Indigenous filmmakers and artists/actors. Huge respect also to Rachel Griffiths, and her various projects and acting.
Deborah Mailman you play it straight and So deadly , you definitely are a role model and inspiration to your Bidjara people, always to me, I love you my Very Beautiful deadly Cousin, I’m so very Proud of you, bloody deadly , ABC please keep this great Series going, I just couldn’t wait for Sunday to come to watch very sad there’s only 6 Series.

My only complaint is that there were only six episodes.
