Marc Cherry’s anthology series Why Women Kill will not get a third installment. The Paramount+ drama was renewed for a third season in December and was firming up its lead cast with big-name actors in negotiations to star when the decision was made with production slated to start soon, sources said.

“Paramount+ has made the difficult decision not to move forward with Season 3 of Why Women Kill,” a spokesperson for the streamer said in a statement to Deadline. (Source: deadline.com)

Out of all the shows they decided to cancel Why women kill should definitely not be one of them. Each season was great, great stories, and actors. Not many good anthologies are on tv now. They need more, some of the shows they have kept have way less viewers and are boring. How can they renew for season 3 then just cancel it. I’m so disappointed and this made me get rid of paramount plus. They keep some horrible shows and get rid of good ones.

I’m so disappointed that why women kill is no more!!!!! I just binged the whole series season one and two and loved the whole thing even though they were so different. It just was an incredible fun creative show with cool historical drama and sets and clothes and my 18 year old daughter was so into the series and finding out what was going on in the quote old times maybe someone else will grab it like manifest!

What is the common sense Paramount!!!!!! The one of the best series even what women kill !
It is so amazingly done and you dish it out the 3th season when a looooot of viewers love the show
It a hard nonononononono .Bad Bad Bad moved.

This is hard to understand. Why would you cancel a show that offered woemn something so different to watch? Comedy, romance, drama, mystery, delightful , engaging, intense, bold, provoking. Most of all fresh! Your loss Paramount+.
Not a good move.

Wow! That is incredibly stupid. The first 2 seasons were out standing. I guess Paramount has a problem with female leads. Well now I have a problem with Paramount being so short sited. I will be watching to not watch anything done by Paramount. dumb dumb dumb

I subscribed to paramount + for Why Women Kill only, if they would monitor what we watch they would know that. I have no use for the network any longer. It's too bad I didn't know sooner they weren't renewing after saying that they were, all these months paying for absolutely nothing.

I love this show, season 2 was great but I liked season 1 more, I loved the 3 different story lines. I hate that the seasons are so short, considering that I wish they would have 2 seasons a year, maybe one in the summer and one shortly after New Years

Season one: Storyline is beautifully created, edited and three generations shown at the same time. The characters face crazy situations that suck the audience in.

Season 2: While it still is a whirlwind of a storyline, and sucks you into their drama, I personally enjoyed season one better. But I still enjoyed the drama and the spotlight on how vindictive women could be.

The only reason I subscribed to Paramount is to watch Why Women Kill, I'm sure it doesn't matter to anyone except me but I won't pay for a channel/Network whatever it is you choose to call it if there's not a show on that I prefer to watch and I know you might not be pleased but why women kill is the only thing I watch. I love it, both the first 2 seasons but honestly, the first one most, it was kind of like watching three shows in one season. I don't subscribe to Netflix Hulu any of those other channels because there's nothing on there I want to see. So hopefully you will bring "why women kill" back on if not I enjoyed the two seasons that you broadcast and I thank you for those two. I have an idea, why not use the PI

Honestly wowie wow wow. I loved evert thing about it. The characters are interesting and believable.
Sensational Season 1 & 2!!!!! I am absolutely mesmerized..... Please to infinity and back bring us the Third Season. I NEED MORE! It is like something you tasted for the first time and loved it and will never forget it.

That was awsome. I mostly liked season 1 but season 2 was also ok. At first I was thinking that i'm not gonna find this good cause it's not my type. I mean I usually prefer fantasy and si-fi movies and series but this one? It was so damn good and amazing. It evej hasn't been an hour since I watched the last episode but honestly? I do wanna rewatch that as soon as possible. So that means you've done your work as best as you could and you made me a fan so I can't wait to watch season 3??

Loved the intertwining time periods! Very clever! It was my favorite. The second season had a more Desperate Housewives vibe. Hope this gets renewed for another season!!

Loved season 1 of Why Women Kill, especially the 3 timelines and how they wrapped it up. The house being their connection was fabulous and I loved the overlaps and design changes. I’m in the middle of season 2 and its not bad but not as good as season 1. Lots of silly fun. I hope they go back to having different timelines for ssn 3, though they probably want to do different styles as it’s an anthology series.
