Robert Irvine is sharing his thoughts on the reasons behind Food Network's decision to cancel his long-running show, "Restaurant: Impossible," which aired for 22 seasons on the cable network.

“I’m old news and although the show is a GREAT show that helps small business and families / communities it’s not a show that they believe fits into who or what they want or the younger viewers like,” Irvine tweeted. “I really have no idea, all I know is j will come to [the] to help all those in need regardless.”

❤ ❤ ❤ I LOVE WATCHING THIS SHOW ROBERT IS ONE OF THE BEST CHEFS. My mom enjoyed watching him. Thursday nights were the highlight of the week for her. Robert and Bobby Flay. She passed away on February 20, 2023.

PLEASE bring it back!!! I don't really care if these restaurants took advantage of Roberts guiding. I really enjoyed seeing Robert Put it together. He's one of my favorite people. tough but honest. What people need in their shoes. Please get it back on the air. I looked forward to it every Thursday night!!!

My husband and I love Restaurant Impossible and never miss a program, sure hope it's renewed with another season of Robert and his crew helping restaurants in distress. They are all great; creative with their ideas and visions. Robert is such a compassionate person. We need more Restaurant Impossible please!
