Escape to the Chateau Will Not Get Series 10, Channel 4 Confirmed

Escape to the Chateau series nine returns on Sunday 30th October at 8pm on Channel 4. The Chateau is open for business after two years of closure and is making up for lost time by hosting weddings, events, and its biggest ever Christmas party. We've been told to expect more heartwarming family adventures, innovative renovations and spectacular celebrations before the series wraps up for good.
There are plenty of sizeable jobs to finish in the Strawbridge household, and to streamline operations, Angel plans to turn part of the sous-sol – once The Chateau's cider store – into the Atelier de Marriage aka The Wedding Workshop, where everything wedding-related will be stored, organised and created.
It'll no doubt be an emotional end to the much-loved show. As the year comes to a close, the Strawbridges reminisce about the last seven years since they moved to France, and host a Christmas extravaganza, surrounded by their family and friends. (Source: housebeautiful.com)

A very enjoyable programme that I always looked forward to watching.
Not the usual sort of trashy reality type programming that channels spew out in mass nowadays (usually some mentally unstable individuals put together in a house or flown out somewhere and filmed until they “lose the plot”).
It will missed....
family viewing at its very best, I especially love seeing all the renovations rather than the food, weddings etc., but enjoyed it greatly hope it will return as there is little else to view
these days.
