Finally find a show that I love. No frustrating down to the wire competitions that I have grown to abhor. This show was calming, enjoyable and with GREAT recipes. So entertaining. I binge watched. THEN I find out it is gone. Please say it isn,t so!! Very poor move on the part of HGTV.

It’s true I just started watching the show, I wasn’t aware that it was on. But I’m very disappointed that there aren’t more episodes because she obviously doesn’t need the money she does this from her heart. And the most important thing to me was I could really follow her recipes I enjoyed listening to her explain in her light and easy way how to make these dishes. I made these dishes recently for my family they were wonderful!Simple but delightful something anybody could make like she says. Very disappointed I hope you rethink this if she’s even willing to do it. There are many good shows but this was one of the best. Bad mistake. I don’t know how you do that send

I agree with everything you said here!
They keep all the crazy competition shows, and cancel this. It doesn’t make sense to me. Maybe she didn’t want to do it ?

I too am very disappointed that this show was cancelled. I don't know what the network's reason was, but I think it's a bad decision. This show was special because Gesine shared useful tips on HOW to do things in every show. You could tell that these tips were learned by doing, not in a culinary school. I found these tips really helpful and am sad to think she won't be back for Season 3.

I am VERY disappointed that Discovery has decided to cancel Baked in Vermont. There are many duplicate shows that could have been canceled instead. I have also picked up many baking tips
from Gesine. What a shame............

I just looked for the show BAKED IN VERMONT for next Thursday to set my recorder and I couldn't find it......this woman is one of your BEST COOKS ON TV......I LOVE HER SHOW. I keep thinking why did she get canceled......maybe because she's on at 3 in the morning in Texas WHILE EVERYONE IS ASLEEP AND CANT WATCH HER.......put her on when people are awake and WATCH HER RATINGS SKYROCKET..........

I agree with all the comments. Gesine is the person that I most want to learn great baking tips and the only TV chef (well, I have to include Ina) that I would want to be with them in their kitchen cooking. Not only are Gesine's recipes doable but she is so [censored] funny and a joy to watch. I've learned so much from watching Baked in Vermont. BRING THE SHOW BACK....PLEEEESSSEEE!

Please bring this baking show back. Baked in Vermont is educational and pleasant to watch. I love everything about the show. I love those recepies! Thank you for hearing our remarks!

I agree with most of these comments. This show was so informative, funny, clear in directives and just very enjoyable. I too am so tired of the same old shows with the same people, over and over. And please....if it's truly supposed to live up to the food network name can we just agree that all these dumb competitions are just that....games...and are not about recipies or learning.

Really cannot understand why “Baked in Vermont” was cancelled. Not only great recipes and entertaining but it also is an enjoyment to watch. [confused]

What are you thinking? Gisine is such a great teacher. Has a wonderful sense of humor. What a loss. Please reconsider renewing her show.

Baked in Vermont has become my favorite food show and so disappointed it is not coming back. Gisine Prada is an excellent teacher and simplifies her recipes with good ingredients and techniques. The repeated shows airing now are boring and redundant. We don’t need anymore reality cooking shows. Show some sophistication Food Network!

This was such a great show. So different and learned so much why would food network take it off!! I work during the week so weekends I love watching the lineup and it’s the same show all day Saturday and Sunday. I really don’t understand the lineup they put on the weekends it’s ridiculous. The only thing interesting now is girl meets Farm and I love the kitchen but that’s not even on. I hope they change the lineup that it once was it’s awful now.

Networks make the most ridiculous decisions. I agree with the person who hates the competitive shows....we want the how to on FOOD Network. They must not think the audience is big enough but that's how they started. Most networks cancel great shows and you have to wonder where they get their information. If there is still such a thing as Nielsen ratings....well, Iove watching TV....have all my life...have it on 24 hours a day and I've never been asked to do a rating....of course, anymore they can keep track of what we watch and stream without that I suppose. It is just always so disappointing. I agree with the person who said Gesine's show and Barefoot Contessa are great! Come on Food Network....

There are several cooking shows that you can get rid of, but this is not one of them. For heavens sake review some of the same old, same old shows and bring Baked in Vermont back.

Baked in Vermont is an excellent baking show. Gisine Prado is interesting, very relatable and so genuine. She has a cute sense of humor, and, above all, has great recipes. Please bring her show back soon and for more than one more season. This should be a staple show in Food Network!!!

I so agree with this article this is the first time I have ever written about anything on television that’s how upset I am please bring baked in Vermont back I’m so sick of the same shifts having three or four shows. This show go slow enough for you really to understand and see what’s going on it’s a joy to watch please please please bring that show back. I was not able to bring up some of the old shows on spectrum what is going on that you can’t watch any of the old shows

I love Baked in Vermont. Wish it was still on. I just now saw some reruns and was so happy. I would love to go to her cooking school. So relaxing and knowledgeable
Thank you

It’s funny how Food Network gives certain (The same old.) people four or five shows, some of which are not the least bit interesting, and then repeatedly cancels shows that are very good, such as Baked in Vermont. Very disappointing.

Baked In Vermont/Gesine Prado was/is my favorite on Food Network. It would truly be a shame for her series not to continue. She's so incredibly gifted as a teacher and makes learning fun, and less intimidating. It seems as though every time a show begins to help viewers on the Network, it gets removed...Secrets of A Restaurant Chef for instance. I learned more from Chef Anne than with any other chef on Food Network, and you removed the program. Another gifted teacher and program was Alex Guarnaschelli in the show Alex's Day Off...good show, and she taught valuable tips that made sense and it was discontinued. If these shows need need to be reworked to keep it interesting, ok...but please give us back people who teach well and we like. Oh, and the Bobby and Damaris Show! Loved it! BRING IT BACK! ? YES...I watch tons of FOOD NETWORK!!!

Baked in Vermont has become my favorite show on food network! I truly love Gesine’s corky sense of humor ❤ I appreciate the way she explains how and why she’s doing certain things. I have adopted her all butter pie crust as my own and everyone is head over hills in love with it. Thank you Gesine you have helped make me a better baker! I will be extremely upset if the show doesn’t return.
