General information and cast
The brand new adventure animation ID-0 premiered on the streaming giant Netflix on October 6th, 2017 with twelve 24-minute episodes for its very first season. The Netflix Original hails from the production companies Bandai Visual, Lantis and Sanzigen and since its original launch in Japan earlier this year has now been adapted for an English speaking audience, as well as Spanish, French and German.
I-Machines are robots, which are operated by a human’s consciousness and work in extreme environments. Basically, the human “becomes” this machine. On the search for the coveted mineral Orichalt, Alliance Academy student Mikuri Maya is doing just that, when she is suddenly thrown into a completely unexpected adventure involving pirates, spaceships and new friends. The English voices for the characters are Cherami Leigh for Mikuri Maya, Todd Haberkorn for Ido, Christine Marie Cabanos as Clair Hojo, Douglas Cavum as Rick Ayer and Keith Silverstein as Grayman.
