General information and cast
A spinoff of the super successful Basketball Wives franchise, the reality television series Baller Wives premiered on the American network VH1 on August 14th, 2017. The show hails from the production company Shed Media US and is executive produced by Pam Healey, Lisa Shannon, Shaunie O'Neal, John Paparazzo, Christopher Costine, Michelle Kongkasuwan, Dave Kuba and John H. Kelleher.
This series does exactly what it says on the tin – it chronicles the lives of wives and girlfriends of professional athletes and includes Stacey and Chris Chambers, Jeniva and Asante Samuel, Aja and Channing Crowder, Kelly and Julius Jones, Kijafa and Michael Vick as well as Miko and Brent Grimes. Whilst their high profile men are out and about bringing home the cash to finance the lavish lifestyle, the ladies are out and about “doing their thing”.
