On June 14th, 2017 a spinoff of the highly successful family reality television show Little Big Shots – aptly named Little Big Shots: Forever Young – premiered on the NBC network with six brand new episodes. The series is a collaboration of the two television superstars Ellen DeGeneres and Steve Harvey and it is a comedy variety show, which is hosted by the ever-present Steve Harvey. The show is being produced by A Very Good Production Inc., East 112th St. Productions, Warner Horizon Television and Warner Bros. Television and executive produced by the show creators Ellen DeGeneres and Steve Harvey as well as Jeff Kleeman and Andy Lassner.
Compared to the original series featuring little kids, Little Big Shots: Forever Young showcases the incredible and often unbelievable talents of the slightly older generation – “slightly” being used very loosely here, as the oldest contestant is actually 103 years old. The variety show features seniors, who are literally forever young and show off their amazing talents and includes everything from singing, dancing, playing music, magic tricks and performing the most incredible athletic feats at a very old age. The sparkling personalities and experienced contestants surprise the audience with their inspiring and heartwarming resilience, all of them staying forever young at heart.
