The first season of the animated family comedy show Billy Dilley's Super-Duper Subterranean Summer premiered on the Network Disney XD with thirteen half-hour episodes on June 3rd, 2017. Created and executive produced by Aaron Springer, the series is produced by Disney Television Animation and Disney XD. Springer is also the voice for Billy Dilley, with Tom Kenny voicing Zeke, Catie Wayne as Marsha and James Arnold Taylor as Count Raymond Wretcher.

This show is all about friendship! 7-grader Billy Dilley is obsessed with science and when during a summer break a science fair project goes wrong, Billy and his friends Zeke, Marsha and Billy’s pet rat Anazimander find themselves trapped beneath the surface of the earth. Billy’s Cheeserator, which is basically a giant drill and was created to drill holes into enormous Swiss cheese wheels, malfunctions and transports the group to a place called Subterranean-Tania. The only way to get back to the real world is to repair this Cheeserator, but Billy’s curiosity leads them to wild adventures in this strange new world and working together becomes more important than ever.
