Why hasn’t there been a follow up show so we know what happened to the ones they are going to help?

Is there going to be follow ups on the shows that Chris and Fatima find as reasonable doubt?

Chris is my favorite detective from The First 48. I love seeing him again in this show. My Dad was a homicide detective and he could read people so well. I saw this in Chris the first time I watched 48. Chris is fair and definitely wants the right outcome.

I love this show. The 1st season threw me off with the female lead not being very nice it seemed. I stopped watching. Then starting with season 2 and the switch to Fatima made the show so much better. To the point that it has become one of my favorite shows. I have seen Chris become emotional even to the point of shedding a tear or two on more than one episode. The same for Fatima. Their hearts seem to really be in this and it appears out of all 4 seasons, they have been able to help prove innocence with about ½ of the profiles. Chris and Fatima make a great team also. I really hope there is a 5th season.

Chris is ridiculously biased in this episode. His investigation into the leads he is provided is comical. He overplays the “coincidence” aspect of the defendants claims. He says it is very unlikely that the defendant had an epileptic episode. Maybe so. But he could have passed out upon standing up quickly. Chris has an “expert” conduct ONE test on the blood spatter theory. Hey Chris, news flash, one test is wildly far from statistically significant. Never mind that the “expert” is holding the gun two feet away instead of 8-12 inches. Then Chris tries to shame the defendant into “saying something” that his son can hold onto. The defendant says, “but you don’t want me to lie, right?” Hey Chris, if everyone that cheated on their spouse killed that spouse, the population on this planet would decline by half. This was a travesty whether the defendant was guilty or innocent. He undoubtedly deserves a fair trial.

Is it possible that the bloody hair got on KC’s sweatpants when he sat down on the front porch of the aunt of his girlfriend? His girlfriends car was not there when he arrived, so the killer must have already left and maybe the bloody hair fell off of the killer on his way out. Just a thought that I hope might help.
