Hollywood & Football Season 2 is yet to be announced by E!

About the show

A new reality show airing on E!, Hollywood & Football premiered on November 30, 2016. It is a T Group production and is executive produced by Jenny Daly, Rob Lobi and Shauna Thomas. The freshman season contains six one-hour episodes.

The series centers on the Los Angeles Rams, its players and their families. Sports-related reality programs such as WAGS and Total Divas have proven to be extremely popular with the viewers, so Hollywood & Football should hit the right spot for the E! audience. LA Rams is also in the spotlight of another show, HBO's Hard Knocks, which also follows the team as it moves from St. Louis back to Los Angeles. The pro football team will make LA its home for the first time in over twenty years, so there is no surprise in the reality show being immediately launched to document this historic fact.

Current season and chances of renewal

This season the viewers will get a glimpse of the personal and family lives of Rodger Saffold, Cory Harkey, Kenny Britt, Lance Kendricks, Chase Reynolds and Bradley Marquez. The reality series launched to 0.233 million viewers and a 0.12 demo rating, and dropped to 0.178 million and 0.07 in the 18-49 demo the following week. Compared to similarly-themed Total Divas and WAGS, which bring in from 0.5 million to over a million viewers per episode, there doesn't seem to be much renewal potential in Hollywood & Football at this point, but perhaps it will be renewed for reasons other than ratings, whatever these may be.
