About the program
NASCAR Hammer Down is a reality sports program for children that is broadcast by Nickelodeon since 2014. The series hails from NASCAR Productions and is executive produced by Tally Hair and Zane Stoddard. The current third season was launched on September 23, 2016, presenting eight 15-minute episodes.
Karsyn and Kennedy Elledge, Dale Earnhardt’s granddaughters and daughters of Kelley Earnhardt Miller host the program this season. The series provides behind-the-scenes access to the racing stars for interviews, as well as the technology behind the excitement. Kids are an important part of the audience for the NASCAR races, so it is crucial to address them and keep their interest up. Karsyn Elledge even delivered a children-only press conference at the NASCAR Hall of Fame, which was also available on Facebook Live. Ryan Blaney and Bubba Wallace Jr. came back in the current season as series regulars.
