Goliath has a compelling, intense storyline. Billy Bob Thorton plays the seemingly down-trodden attorney well. My wife and I love all of his work with the possible exception of Bad Santa. He's brilliant as are the stellar performances off the rest of the cast.

Such a great show! I love billy bob and this show. Please make more then 2 seasons, this tv series really shows the greed and corruption of government and proves that in life it's not about what you know and about who you know. This show could be better then "better call Saul" we may find out very soon!

Billy Bob was great the TV series Fargo, but he is excellent here, doing his wisecracking best! Every episode ends and makes you want more.

The fact that, just as Billy and Patty Solis were speeding off to hear the jury's deliberation, Brittany Gold was pleading McBride for "just five minutes" which hints there's more in store for a Season 2.
P.S.
Dan, If you can't bear hearing F-bombs you should probably keep tuned to the Hallmark Channel. It's a very safe place.

I thought the show was great, hurt's and Thornton's performances were outstanding. All of the cast was great, not a weak link in any of them.
It looks like there may be a season 2. I look forward to it.

Willam Hurt's performance was simply riveting. He succeeded in making you hate his character [the 'crypt keeper'] beyond passion ... yet in the end pity him. Much as in Star Wars we hated Darth Vader ... but in the end forgave him. I admit I am partial to Hurt because we share a few things in common. We are both about the same age, both dealing with being diagnosed with cancer albeit in remission, and carrying on with our lives. I am looking forward to Season Two, an option which Amazon will either pick up on I will not renew my Prime membership.

Loved this show. Always enjoy Hurt's movies but never knew Billy Bob was so good. And the blonde actress with the odd name - she was terrific. Please - season 2 and 3 if you can keep the quality.

It took me till the end of the first episode to realise I was hooked when the 1st one finished I wanted the next and so it went binged on this the last 2 days it's like an "r" rated Harry's law movie and whilst everyone is great billy bob Thornton is exceptional and plays a role a wouldn't believe he was possible (only because I've only seen bad santa and bad news bears) thoroughly recommend
