Overall the show is great. I really like the Victoria diggers and the Poseidon crew. The. Marnes are okay , but having their little pampered princess daughter along just doesn't sit well with a lot of people that watch the show with me. The daughter is old enough to. Make it on her own. I believe they have already set her up in her own little business of fashion design.
When is Aussie gold hunters season 8 starting on discovery plus and will the show’s producers let us know how Neville and mick is getting on with the land they own but can’t dig for gold please let us know how poor Neville is I understand from his children he is unwell due to the stress
I keep watchingbrthe same shows, and can't seem to locate any new shows. It's an entertaining show, with hardy folks living and working immersed totally in the life. I'm wondering why the Poseidon crew never show their life away from the mines. I enjoy all the crews, and always pray that they get rich, or show profits to help their families prosper. It's sweet that they are motivated to better their family's life. I plan on getting my small rv when i retire, and going treasure hunting. How fun is it to find gold, opals, or any sort of treasure. Good luck to all Aussie diggers. Living the dream??
Good tv show aussie gold hunters and outback Truckers and Aussie salvage squad 2022 good all tv shows as with you to into looking have a Want to you into happy to can because we're to can because we're to you in to kind because to looking to just that we're to you that can because can because kind often and going as want to you that looks at you can because we're be can because that to to you can everything and come and follow me alone as with you can happy too can everything and something as because could ask should be of the same problem
I love the gold, love seeing them get it out of the ground, but the script is not so good, its suppost to be reality, why cant the people just be real and not worry about a percentage of viewers drama addiction?♂️, but all in all i do want the show to continue because i loves the gold?
This is my favorite series. Still can't stop wonder like Kellie & Henry got more than 60oz by the detector. Gold gypsies used machines and struggle for 25oz. When thinking about operational costs no doubt who makes money and who does not. Gold Timers used the detectors as well and lousy 5oz. It tells about some have profession than some aren't. In this series, perhaps something is hidden behind a Cameras. One best property is how they told about geological history and how gold behaved during the long period. Also, this series is less invented drama than the Gold Rush series where is plenty of makeup drama. Only encounters a poacher seems to be overdramatized or actors played poachers. In Finland was the first episode of 6 seasons. So all rest of it is forward. :)
I live in Canada and Discovery Canada has shown seasons 1-5... not when they actually aired in Australia but at least they have shown them. Season 6 hasn't made it yet but it's already on YouTube and if you have Amazon Prime it's available there too. It is kind of hard to figure out how most of them survive though. It looks like hot dirty work!
Always amazes me how people are quick to criticize something but so slow to find the button to change the channel or turn off the TV. If you don't like it, do something else rather than slag it off. For me, its got a weird addiction, but also lots of frustrations with some of the characters (Greg Clarke, does he ever make a sensible decision?) but that's what choice is about.
Shows kind of lame, I'm only at episode 3 of season 1 and I'm already really really tired of the lingo/banter and (as usual) breakdown of the equipment. Haven't heard 'Bobs yer Unkle' yet thou.... heh
Maybe if they start running down some of the poachers it may pick up for me. Nice to see the big gold they find but as with the Yukon show what is the net profit after all the costs are paid out (that's what they won't tell ya).
I love the show but I agree with your observation. Like if these guys fall short of the goal, which was in one case $500,000 and they make $357000 and they are [censored]ed, is it really worth it to be mining for gold period? Then the Gold Gypsies seldom make any money, they blew a bunch on the dry blower and they own a Cat and a loader. Both old equipment, how do they live? The economics are Shakey. Are the guys who fell short of their 250,000 mark by $30,000 really in trouble? Really broke? If they are spending $1400 a day I would like to see the receipts because there is no way they are burning that much fuel a day and living in a RV trailer eating groceries is not that huge an expense. They find $150,000 in nuggets in one day and they are broken? I just don't get the fakenomics. Don't get me wrong I love the show, I want them to be successful but there is something up with the finances!
Yep, Same thing with me. The show is on Discovery Australia, it's not shown on Discovery USA. I watched Season one on Netflix but they are too enamored with their home brew shows to care about the long list of show that got me to subscribe to their service. I'm very close to ending my Netflix subscription.
