Deadliest Catch: Dungeon Cove is the first spinoff series spawned by Discovery's multiple award-winning hit Deadliest Catch. The series is produced by Original Productions, and has premiered on September 13, 2016. Philip D. Segal, Sarah Whalen, John Gray and Joseph Boyle are executive producing the reality series.

Pacific Ocean is one of the most dangerous workplaces in the world, and it constantly claims lives of commercial fishermen, while offering great commercial possibilities. Newport, Oregon is one of the few remaining fishing towns by the stretch of the ocean known as “Graveyard of the Pacific”, and this Is the place that Dungeon Cove spotlights. After the Deadliest Catch fishermen became fan favorites, here is an all-new cast of captains and crew members tackling the Pacific. The program spotlights four families fishing for crab off the coast of Oregon, competing in the Dungeness Crab Derby, one of the last fishery competitions in a derby format in the world.
