Channel 4 has decided to put 'SAS: Who Dares Wins' on hold indefinitely and instead concentrate on the celebrity edition of the show. In the upcoming weeks, they will begin filming an extended 8-episode season of 'Celebrity SAS.' However, the original 'civilian' version, which aired its 8th season most recently, might not make a comeback anytime soon, or possibly never. According to a spokesperson from Channel 4, this decision was made primarily because of the immense popularity of Celebrity SAS and not as a cost-saving measure.
