About the series
Perhaps the world’s most famous matchmaker with eight seasons of her own show on Bravo under her belt, the owner of the Southern California dating service Millionaire’s Club Patti Stanger returns in another version of the same program. Million Dollar Matchmaker originally premiered on We tv in July 2016 for its very first season and has since been renewed for a second installment, which debuted on August 4th, 2017 with ten brand new episodes. The show is produced by Thinkfactory Media and executive produced by Michael ‘Spike’ Van Briesen and co-executive produced by Ken Brisbois and Michael Heyerman.
For many years, Patti Stanger made it her business to find perfect matches for wealthy people. The show format is built around two clients staying at the luxurious Harrah’s Resort in Southern California and attempting to overcome challenges specific to dating issues. Stanger is the one who designs the challenges and also the one providing the feedback about the surprise dates. Afterwards, each of the clients meets their potential match chosen by Patti with hopes of a bright future.
