It's been confirmed that season 8 is the final season of Voltron which means it'll have thirteen episodes. Oh my gosh yess! I am SO looking forward to this! I'm in the middle on Voltron fangirling again, and honestly it's been like 10 hours since I started. I don't think I can calm down when it's this close! I'm going to be here the exact second that timer goes down to zero. It's coming out at about nine for me, every second is closer guys!

I have literally bugged the heck out of my parents by saying everyday at least twice how many more days/hours/min until season 5. I started watching voltron when season four came out because it kept popping up on my instagram recommended. ? So glad that it did. it has taken over my life now.

Man, this is what I needed! I can't WAIT for the next season! Everything in my life is just Volton: Legendary defender. Even my computer backgrounds! Art, websites, everything has gotten me hyped for this season! I've never been this excited over a T.V show before, but it gives me utter excitement for hours when I think about this season! Time to binge over the weekend, can't wait!

I am 41 y.o. and remember racing home to see the latest episode from the original series. There have been many remakes of some of those shows from that time frame, but none compare to how well this series REALLY is. I love the story line and how there are so many similarities to the old show but enough changes to keep you coming back for more. It has been a real time trip for me. I have watched both seasons TWICE so far and expect to watch it again right before the 3rd comes out. I applaud all who have contributed to this series and to Netflix for taking a chance and giving this old man a glimpse of years past and how truly enjoyable cartoons were. Reboots are extremely hard to gain traction but, in my opinion, this has succeeded any expectations. Thank you

i know what you mean, from what i can tell they're counting episode 1 as 1-3. episode one was an hour long, they combined those 3 20 minutes episode into one.

There are not 13 episodes. If this is going to be the latest news it needs to be correct. There are only 11. But it was still great. I never watched the original but now after this i feel i must. And also with the clif hanger they left on the season finale they need a 2nd season. That would just be wrong doing by the fans.
