Series info and concept

Huang's World is a Viceland culinary travelogue hosted by attorney, restaurateur, food personality, writer and chef Eddie Huang. Season 4 premiered on June 28th, 2017 with brand new episodes. For anybody wondering – yes, it is the Eddie Huang from ABC’s family comedy Fresh Off The Boat. The show is produced by Munchies and executive produced by Huang, Shane Smith, Spike Jonze, Jordan Roberts, Eddie Moretti, Jim Czarnecki and Brendan Fitzgerald.

The series features Eddie's travels all over the globe, venturing out for the best in local culinary traditions, and having a load of fun while at it. The highlights of the freshman season include a marijuana-spiked octopus taco in Tijuana, Mexico, poop-infused coffee in Shanghai, China, $400 caviar in Moscow, Russia, a trip to a local soup kitchen in Detroit, USA. Eddie's overboard antics, x-rated language, drug use and even violence to farm animals definitely make for adults-only viewing.

I bet his show was canceled due to the cape cod episode. Dude should've known what the outcome would have been before doing what he did.

I liked him until I saw the Orlando episode. He’s home for Chinese New Year, Great scenes with his dad. Then he came Hard on the owner of House of Sausage. look like a total weenie, crybaby. I thought he was all about people doing their thing where they feel comfortable and here he is coming down on that guy and I just lost all respect for him after that. Now he just seems like a big spoiled brat.

YES! Huang's World should be renewed for a Season 5. This show is top fun and yet also introspective with glimmers of depth on various substantive topics; it is not just a food and travel show for sure, it breaks into new ground there. It is great "TV", truly unique and I have watched and would watch all episodes.
