This is bull**** Spike. One of the best shows out there. I havnt seen any advertisements anywhere promoting your show. It’s no wonder you don’t get the viewership that was needed to keep this great show on the air. And in reality your network (Spike) doesn’t deserve to have this wonderful show on your airwaves. Spike is a worthless channel besides the Shannara Chronicles anyways, hope your network crash and burns you all suck.

I love shannara chronicles i'm glad it finally came back on but please let not show the episodes on online first some people's may not watch it when come on tv i don't want the show get cancelled because low ratings let the people's watch it on tv after the episode come on thank u. ? ? ? ? ?

The trailer says MTV, but the press release says SPIKE? Which one? I know a lot of cable packages only carry one out of the two channels.

The first season aired on MTV, but the demographics skewed older and more male than their intended target audience.

So it was moved to Spike for season 2, and they're also airing season 1.

I have read all of the Shannara books by Terry Brooks, so when the TV series was aired I was absolutely pleased to watch the written word come alive. The series is well done and follows the book fairly close. It has taken a long time to get any information on the up coming season 2, but when the airing date is finally posted it will be well worth the wait. COME ON SPIKE GET IT TOGETHER!!!

I really enjoyed the first season and was really looking forward to what was next but if they don't come out with the new season soon, I'm done. It shouldn't take this long for them to at least tell us when it will be released. I am getting pretty annoyed, unless they at least come up with a season 2 release date soon, then they will lose a fan and probably more than just me.

I read the whole Shannara series 20-30 years ago loved every book - story, excited to see the books made into a TV show, The books were great and the TV show I really enjoyed, can't wait for upcoming seasons.

I bought this DVD set season 1 of The Shannara Chronicles at Wal-Mart. Was surprised to see that MTV put it out. I had been a viewer of MTV from the time 1st shown on TV. I lost interest like most of us Old School ROCKERS due to the hip-hop movement . (Just not my thing). To each there own. Enjoyed for many years. I guess I will be watching MTV again for the second season of THE SHANNARA CHRONICLES and I hope many more seasons .Thanks MTV.
