About the series

Presented by Greg James, I Survived a Zombie Apocalypse is a British reality television game show that features contestants who must survive living in an area overrun by zombies for seven days. Described as one of the toughest game shows on television, I Survived a Zombie Apocalypse Series 1 premiered on BBC Three on February 15, 2015.

Although it may seem strange to hear ‘contestants must survive in a post zombie apocalypse world’ the producers of the series try their hardest to recreated a situation in which zombies run the planet and survivors have to find safe shelter, get food and try to protect themselves. In this show, participants cannot use smartphones as they carry the infection that will turn them into zombies, and must wait for seven days until the Army airlifts them from the abandoned shopping center, in which they have to coexist. The contestants are aided by public announcements, which advise them on how to stay alive. In the end, only a few will survive...

I just recently found this show and I love it. They need to make a season 2. The wife and I love this type of reality horror show. Is it a BBC original? Why was the second season cancelled? Have you tried making it in the UNITED STATES

I loved this show! Loved the combination of real tension and the characters were good and believable and the weekly challenge games how element of it was really quirky! Please recommission!

Hope they make series 2 I love watching it and for me it was tense even though I new it was just a game show and I would rate it 10/10 or higher then a ten. I would be so sad if they do not make a series 2 :sad: :sad: :*(
